Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. Payments received after the 1st are considered late.
Monthly rent is added to accounts before the 1st so tenants have advance notice of upcoming charges.
Your online account always displays your current account balance, which may include upcoming rent that has already been invoiced.

Your online account displays the current balance due and does not allow tenants to choose which charges to pay.
If your account has not entered lien status and you need payment assistance, please contact the office during normal business hours before your payment deadline.

Partial payments are not accepted. Payment in full is required.
Our online payment system is available 24/7.
However, office-assisted payment options are only available during normal business hours.
If you wait until a weekend or holiday and require office assistance, it may no longer be possible before your account advances to the next stage of the delinquency process.

Yes.
Recurring billing is free and helps avoid late fees caused by forgetting a payment.
Your account progresses through the delinquency process according to your lease.

Specific dates and fees are outlined in your lease agreement.
Gate access is restricted beginning on the 2nd day of the month when a balance is due.
Access is restored after the account has been paid in full.
If the balance remains unpaid after the manager lock date, an overlock is placed on the unit until the balance is paid in full.
Monthly rent is invoiced before the beginning of each month.
Once your account enters lien status, you must pay the entire invoiced balance.

Phone calls, voicemail, text messages, handwritten notes, and simply leaving your unit open are not accepted as move-out notice.

Tenant Protection is an optional protection program offered through Easy Storage Solutions (Storable). It may reimburse certain covered losses, including fire, burglary, vandalism, certain types of water damage (excluding floods), hail, building collapse, lightning, explosion, and limited rodent or insect damage. Coverage options range from $2,000 to $15,000, depending on the plan selected. It is not an insurance policy.
What happens if I don’t provide proof of insurance? If proof of insurance is not provided within the required timeframe, your account will automatically be enrolled in the minimum Tenant Protection plan, and the monthly fee will be added to your account. If you later provide acceptable proof of insurance, contact the office during business hours so we can review your account.

Storage units are for storage only.
Business operations, living in the unit, band practice, vehicle repair, manufacturing, and similar activities are prohibited.

Food of any kind is prohibited.

Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and alcohol are prohibited on the property.

Animals are not permitted on the property.
Office staff is available only during normal business hours. These hours are subject to change.
Questions that require staff assistance cannot be handled after hours. Storage access hours remain separate from office hours.
